desi99's commitment to responsible gaming
We believe enjoyable betting is only possible when it is done in a controlled and mindful way. desi99 puts your safety and wellbeing first.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino gaming have become a popular form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it needs to be enjoyed within limits. desi99 believes that responsible gaming is not just about rules — it is an essential habit for your mental and financial wellbeing.
Many players start out for entertainment but can gradually drift toward spending too much time or money. To help prevent this, desi99 provides you with several effective tools and features so you always stay in control.
Remember: responsible gaming means seeing betting as a part of your entertainment, not as a source of income. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact us right away.
Our core principles
6 pillars of responsible gaming at desi99
Age Verification
desi99 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Minors are not permitted to open an account. Age verification is mandatory at registration.
Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. This ensures you play within your budget and prevents overspending.
Time-Out Feature
When needed, you can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Take a break and come back with a fresh mind.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel betting is getting out of control, apply for long-term self-exclusion. We will act promptly.
Raising Awareness
We regularly share responsible gaming information and are committed to making you aware of the signs of problem gambling.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking support team is with you seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Share any concerns with us directly.
Our protection tools
desi99 provides these tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period — this protects you from making decisions in the heat of the moment. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
Bet Limit
Cap the maximum amount for each bet. This protects you from a large loss and helps you manage your bankroll over the long term.
Session Timer
Use the session timer to decide how long you will play in one sitting. Once the set time is up, you will receive a reminder to take a break. Being aware of time is the first step in responsible gaming.
Cooling-Off Period
If you ever feel you need a short break, choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time your account will be locked and no bets can be placed.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you want to step away from betting for an extended period or permanently, apply for self-exclusion. Once we receive your request, we will deactivate your account without delay.
Gaming History and Reports
Review your betting history at any time. Know how much time and money you have spent and make informed decisions. Transparency is part of our commitment.
Warning signs of problem gambling
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone you know, it is a warning sign. Seek help immediately.
