You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before closure, and bonus-related balances may be cancelled if the applicable bonus terms have not been met.

4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds will only be returned to the same account used to make the deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts or someone else's number are not accepted — such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. desi99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
5Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
After new registration at desi99, a 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times (15x) the total bonus amount. That means a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies only once per registration.
- Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- When bets are placed using a bonus balance, the wagering contribution may differ by game.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit after the bonus is earned, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- desi99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, but the terms applied to an already-claimed bonus will remain unchanged.
6VIP Program and Cashback
desi99's VIP program has three tiers. Users at each tier receive weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. New members start at this tier.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. This tier is reached through regular play.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. The highest benefits and priority support are provided.
VIP cashback is credited automatically each week. Cashback is directly withdrawable, though specific conditions may apply at desi99's discretion.
7Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
desi99 is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and honest gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Seeking out system vulnerabilities or exploiting technical errors.
- Defrauding, harassing, or intimidating other users.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through bots, automation software, or any other dishonest means.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify game provider software.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in desi99 immediately closing the account and confiscating all balances. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
8Game and Betting Rules

8.2 Betting Limits

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, desi99 will resolve the matter in accordance with industry-standard guidelines. In unclear situations, desi99's decision will be considered final.
8.4 Sports Betting
For sports betting, wins or losses are determined only after the event result is confirmed. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, desi99 will settle the bet in accordance with standard rules.

13Changes to Terms and Termination

13.2 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. The agreement is terminated when a user requests account closure or when desi99 cancels an account for a breach of terms. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14Legal Interpretation and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any dispute arises between a user and desi99, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through mutual discussion.
If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
These Terms have been written in English and the English version will be considered final and binding.
